The Beautiful Game

I took this sport for granted for so long, I only got interested when the Azkals won over Vietnam

Slowly,I realize that it really is a beautiful game, promoting teamwork,hardwork and discipline

My life has never been the same,since the first time I saw the FC Barcelona players play

How I wish the future Azkals will be as great as them but its still a long road for them to get there

Encourage young kids to play football, its best when they start when they are still small

They say its boring to watch football because its not as exciting and fast paced as basketball

But like any other sport that is known to us,football teaches patience yes,that is a must

Haters and bashers can say whatever but its too late now, I'm hooked forever

I gain new friends because of this amazing sport hoping we'll be friends forever now, that's a lovely thought

A very silent football fan, I consider myself to be just content on watching from afar but hey! that's me!

The beautiful game does not tolerate discrimination accepts who and what we are regardless of where we came from

We may be a football player who strives to be the best or an enthusiast or a fan that watches and cheers with all the rest

All that matters is we give respect and love to one another not letting hate and prejudice to prevail is not a tall order

I'm still hoping,wishing and praying that we can all be united as one to make our world a better place and that is what I call a game plan!
